How does Space ERP handle leads and clients?
The CRM module captures inquiries, tracks them through a 5-stage pipeline, and converts a won lead straight into a client and project — so nothing has to be re-entered.
Can I send quotations directly from Space ERP?
Yes. The Estimates & Quotations module includes a line-item BOQ builder with auto-calculated totals, so you can send a branded PDF quotation in minutes.
How does Space ERP track site attendance?
Staff can check in and out from any phone browser using GPS and photo verification, with no separate app install needed.
Does Space ERP handle accounting?
Yes. It includes full double-entry accounting — chart of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss, and balance sheet — along with receivables and payables aging reports.
Can clients see their own project status?
Yes. The Client Self-Service Portal lets clients log in to see their own project status, quotations and payments, without needing to call for updates.
Who can access what in the system?
Access is role-based: Admin, Management, Project Manager, Designer, Site Supervisor, Accountant and Client each see only the information relevant to their role.
Is Space ERP cloud-based?
No. Space ERP is a single-tenant installation, deployed on your own server, so your project and client data is never shared with or stored alongside anyone else's.
Is it mobile-friendly?
Yes. Space ERP is fully responsive on phone and tablet, and can be installed like an app directly from the browser.
How much does Space ERP cost?
Space ERP offers Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime billing, each including the full feature set and 2 GB of web hosting, plus a one-time setup fee. See the Pricing page for current rates.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime billing at any time.
What does the setup fee cover?
It covers installing and configuring your own single-tenant instance, applying your branding, and onboarding your team.
Is support included?
Yes. Every plan includes ongoing support from Access InfoTech Ltd. after you go live.
How do I get started?
The process has three steps: a free consultation to map your current workflow to Space ERP's modules, configuration and installation on your own server, and then going live with ongoing support.
